Andolfo Appraisal Associates, Inc., does not accept credit cards. Appraisal fee payment is typically made by business, certified, or personal check made payable to the company. At times, a 50% retainer may be requested upon appraisal engagement, with the balance of the fee due payable within 30 days of report submission. Expert witness fees are typically based either on a per diem or hourly rate. Quoted fees are typically all inclusive of out-of-pocket expenses unless otherwise prior negotiated.

Commercial, Industrial and Special Property Appraisal Fee Payments

Special Purpose appraisal fees are negotiated on a case-to-case or property-by-property basis dependent upon the type of appraisal report requested (restricted use, summary, or self-contained) and timing.

Residential Real Estate Appraisal Fees

Residential appraisal fees are typically requested to be paid in full at the time of interior inspection. Exterior/drive-by residential appraisals can also be performed typically at lower fees.
All appraisals and consultations performed by Andolfo Appraisal Associates, Inc., conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation and adhered to by the Appraisal Institute of which Mr. Thomas S. Andolfo is a designated MAI, SRA, AI-GRS member.
